NYC April Gloom Arrives With No Break Till Tuesday
Good gloomy morning everyone. As promised, the clouds have arrived and they will be locked in the areas through Monday. Along with it, seasonably cool to cool weather pays a visit, and we actually struggle to see any real mild weather till possibly the last 1/3 of the month. Even that prospect may be a brief one as we remain stuck in the pattern. We’re gonna keep todays forecast simple and take you through Tuesday, then we’ll go into long range on Monday.
SATELLITE
For today, cloudy skies will be the dominant feature. We’ll have a slight chance of showers and highs in the upper 50’s to near 60.
We “warm” up a bit with low to mid 60’s tomorrow, but clouds remain and the east wind increases. That’ll help keep things feeling cool even though we gain a few degrees. The best chance for rain remains Sunday, with more cloudy skies, showery conditions, and highs in the low 60’s.
To start the week, Monday remains cloudy and cool with upper 50’s to near 60. Our first chance to see a few rays of sun will be on Tuesday, but temps remain in that seasonable/seasonable cool bracket as highs only hit the low 60’s.
