NYC BLIZZARD PREPARATION UNDERWAY MODELS STABLE – Aside from Blizzard Watches, a Cold Weather Alert is in effect for NYC and shelters are open for those who are exposed to the elements. First responders are on full alert, have prepped their vehicles, equipment, and increased manpower in order to respond properly to any emergencies. Do not take this storm lightly and please assist the elderly in terms of clearing paths and checking on them if there is loss of power. Clean snow in increments, wear layers of clothing, and only spend short amounts of time outside during Blizzard Conditions.
