NYC Breeze Continues Today Very Mild Tomorrow

Good morning everyone. We continue our sunny week, as well as our climb out of the cellar starting today temp-wise. Very mild weather pays a visit for our midweek, and the weekend is looking more like typical late October weather for the NYC area.

Sunshine rules today, but that breeze continues, making things feel cooler. Expect highs in the mid to upper 60’s, which is slightly above average.

WEATHER RADAR

Tomorrow we go mild as that sunshine continues and the wind becomes more friendly. We’ll have highs in the low to mid 70’s tomorrow, and Thursday is looking like a carbon-copy.

We’ll be watching that front on Friday, not for rain, but to see if the milder air can hold on for a few extra hours. The Nation Weather Service is talking low 70’s, but I’m going to go a little more conservative for the time being; with upper 60’s to near 70.

Regardless of what Friday looks like, Saturday cools off into the low 60’s under sun and clouds. A coastal system was trying to gather, but the moisture slips to our south and remains unorganized. That may throw a parting sprinkle our way later in the day before sunset. Expect clouds and sun again on Sunday, with more low 60’s, which is average this time of year.
