NYC Breezy Cool Day Today Raw Saturday Ahead

Good morning everyone. Sunshine has returned today, but so has the breeze as that cool weather holds on. We actually string together 2 days of sunshine before clouds return and they may stick around till Tuesday. Overall, we remain locked in this cool pattern with occasional sunshine.

Expect sunny skies today and highs in the low to mid 60’s. We won’t categorize today as windy, but we’ll have a steady NW flow. Sunshine continues into tomorrow, then we increase the clouds late. Low to mid 60’s dominate once again, and a developing east wind will give things a cool feel.

For Saturday, look for cloudy skies, NE winds, and the slight chance of a shower. Low pressure will hang way off of the coast and head into Nova Scotia, bringing November-like conditions with it. Highs Saturday may not break past the 50’s.

Mother’s Day continues to look better than Saturday, but the sunshine will be limited. We’ll have a brief sliver of sunshine as one system departs and the next one approaches. Rain will hold off though till the overnight hours. Highs in the low to mid 60’s.
