NYC Cool April Continues Onward
Good morning everyone. Clouds and on and off rain are here to stay through tomorrow as we have a rough time clearing everything out. We also have colder air trying to wedge itself in, which could gives us a few sleet pellets mixed in with the rain overnight tonight and early tomorrow morning.
Overall, raw conditions give way to a windy and cold Tuesday, then we slowly recover temp-wise. However, any idea of overtly mild air will be elusive over the next 2 weeks; with high temperatures for the most part in the below average realm.
SATELLITE
Look for clouds and showers today, with temperatures hovering near 50. We’ll have more rain tonight, with some sleet pellets possible. No icing is expected as temps hang out in the near 40 range.
WEATHER RADAR
Cloudy, raw, and rainy conditions continue tomorrow with highs in the upper 40’s. Sunshine returns on Tuesday, but it’ll be a blustery and cold one with highs in the mid 40’s. Near 50 temps return on Wednesday with lighter winds.
Clouds begin to increase on Thursday with mid 50’s, then a chance of a few showers on Friday with 55-60 degree temps.
