NYC Early Summer Hiccup Then Very Warm Weekend

Good afternoon everyone. After some increasing clouds today and somewhat cool conditions, we find ourselves on the wrong side of the boundary tomorrow and Thursday. A southeasterly fetch is taking over, and clouds and showers will be with us for the next 2 days. After that, we clear out for Friday, then go very warm for Saturday and Sunday under sunny skies.

SATELLITE

Clouds increase today and we may see a shower or two. Lows will only get down to the mid 60’s, and mid 60’s for lows will actually be the theme for the entire week regardless of how cool we get tomorrow and Thursday.

Look for mostly cloudy skies tomorrow and the chance of a few scattered showers. We’ll be unseasonably cool  with 65-70 degree temps.

WEATHER RADAR

Thursday will be the best chance for rain and low pressure off of the coast will interact with the boundary of warmer on on the move from our west. We’ll be in the upper 60’s to low 70’s.

Sunshine returns slowly on Friday and temps return to a more seasonable low 80’s.

Our weekend is looking perfect and on the very warm side, with sunshine both Saturday and Sunday, increasing humidity, and highs in the mid to upper 80’s.
