NYC Hot Conditions Friday & Saturday

Good morning everyone. Quiet weather continues to grace us as we slowly warm up and become hot over the next few days. In the meantime, enjoy the last day of dry and comfortably warm conditions.

SATELLITE

Look for full sunshine, low dew points, and relatively comfortable conditions today. We’ll have highs in the 80-85 degree range with light northerly winds. Humidity and higher temps begin to creep in tomorrow as winds begin to switch around to the SW but remain light. Highs will be in the 85-90 degree range.

WEATHER RADAR

We turn up the juice on Friday, with sunshine, muggy conditions, and highs in the 90-95 degree range. Saturday will be peak-heat as our cold front begins to near. Highs will be in the mid 90’s depending on the timing of clouds and our wind profile. Look for the chance of a few showers late Saturday night, then more showers/storms on Sunday. We drop down a bit with mid 80’s on Sunday and muggy conditions before we begin to dry out.

We’ll have the slight chance of some popcorn showers on Monday with cool air aloft, then we dry out fully on Tuesday. Look for mid 70’s on Monday, then 75-80 on Tuesday for a comfortable day.
