NYC Hottest Conditions End Tomorrow

Good late morning everyone. We’re watching the heat closely as a cold front arrives a little bit earlier than expected. This will cut the hottest temps down by 1 day, and tomorrow looks like the sizzler instead of Friday. The weekend is also looking more like a split decision, with numerous showers and storms possible on Sunday.

SATELLITE

Look for sunshine, humidity, and low 90’s today for highs. We’ll also have the slight chance of a PM storm. Any storm throughout this period could reach strong to severe limits.

WEATHER RADAR

Tomorrow is the hottest day of the stretch and we could see some scattered PM storms with the help of that cold front. Highs in the low to mid 90’s. Things settle down a bit on Friday, but we’re still very warm. Look for sunshine and upper 80’s.

We’ll have more of the same for Saturday and more upper 80’s; then clouds creep in on Sunday with scattered showers and thunderstorms. Highs a humid mid 80’s.
