NYC Modifying Temps Peak Towards Beautiful Dry Weekend

Good morning everyone and happy Election Day. Cool air sticks around today with a strong breeze, then we quickly modify back towards average tomorrow. We also have a beautiful weekend in store for us, and we may even carry that weather into early next week.

Cool and breezy conditions grace the voting lines today, as will a veil of icy cirrus filtering the sunshine. It’ll all combine to give us highs in the upper 40’s to near 50, but we’ll improve as the days go on.

Tomorrow we modify towards average under full sunshine and much lighter winds. We’ll go for 60 tomorrow and that’ll make for a pleasant November day.

Thursday and Friday look like winners as well. We’ll do mid 60’s for Thursday, mid to upper 60’s on Friday, both under full sunshine, and both dry days.

For our weekend, you simply can’t ask for better weather. 65-70 degree temps, full sunshine, and light winds will bless the area.

In the medium range, we may hold onto these conditions through Tuesday, then a system bringing cooler air will also bring some rain with it some time on Wednesday or Thursday.
