Good morning everyone. The Northeast continues to dry out behind slowly departing low pressure. No rain is expected today, but steady northwesterlies will keep things on the cool side before we’re milder tomorrow and Tuesday. Our next system is due to arrive Wednesday into Thursday as our active pattern continues.
Look for a mix of sun and clouds today. Northwest winds 10-15mph will keep things cool, but we are nice and dry today with highs in the mid to upper 60’s.
Tomorrow is even better, with full sunshine and low 70’s. We’ll start out with AM sun on Tuesday, then clouds begin to roll in. It’ll be on the mild side with highs in the mid 70’s.
Mostly cloudy skies and on & off showers pay a visit on both Wednesday and Thursday. Highs in the mid 60’s Wednesday will rise into the near 70 range on Thursday. We’ll catch a break on Friday with a mix of sun and clouds and highs 75-80, then we could get some more rain Saturday.
Please note that with regards to any severe weather, tropical storms, or hurricanes, should a storm be threatening, please consult your local National Weather Service office or your local government officials about what action you should be taking to protect life and property.
