Good morning everyone. We wake up this morning to some on and off rain which was expected. What didn’t work out, is that rain is going to hang on longer as our front plays atmospheric bumper cars with Hurricane Larry and the remnants of short-lived TS Mindy. We can thank our front for pushing Larry away ever-so-gently, but we’re getting some extra rain.
Expect on and off light to moderate rain throughout the day. We will have some breaks here and there, but we’ll remain cloudy. We could also hear a rumble of thunder, a some heavier rain when that does occur. Things will begin to clear up overnight, opening up the door for a beautiful day tomorrow.
Tomorrow and Saturday are very easy, with full sunshine, low humidity, dry conditions, and highs in the mid 70’s tomorrow; upper 70’s Saturday. Sunday we keep the sunshine and go mid 80’s.
In our long range 2 weeks, we talked about the possibility of this warmth on or around Sept. 11th. Considering summer-like weather returns Sept 12th, I’d call that a success. We’ll extend Sunday’s warmth into Monday, where we may see mid to upper 80’s, then low to mid 80’s possible till Wednesday or Thursday.
