NYC Rainy Friday Morning Quiet Weekend
Good morning everyone. If you haven’t noticed, it’s raining outside and it’s a soaking rain. Behind our system, we have a quiet few days before a weaker system pushes through early in the week.
SATELLITE
Look for rain, heavy at times this morning, with a few rumbles of thunder possible. Winds will be gusty as well, especially as the gust front moves through in several hours. It’ll be a windy and cold one tonight as we dip into the mid to upper 20’s.
WEATHER RADAR
Cold air continues tomorrow with highs in the upper 30’s at best under steady westerlies. Temps modify a bit and into the 40’s for Sunday, but it’ll feel just as cold with gusty winds.
Your workweek next wee starts off quiet and cold, with sunshine and highs in the mid to upper 30’s for Monday. Our next system moves through on Tuesday, and we could see some brief overrunning light snow before everything changes to rain.
