Good morning everyone. As stated yesterday, we’re expecting a strong cold front to push through tomorrow as a vigorous low pressure system goes well north of us. Mild air is ahead of it, then cold air returns later tomorrow and into the weekend. Check out the latest below…
SATELLITE
We start off sunny today, then clouds increase later on as does the wind. Highs today will be in the near 50 range, cooler along south facing shores. Rain heads in after midnight and temps rise through the 50’s. Look for wind gusts increasing to 20-30mph, then stronger by morning.
WEATHER RADAR
Well have on and off wind-driven showers and rumbles, then maybe a very narrow line of heavier thunderstorms pushing through some time between 11am and 1pm. Winds could gust as high as 45mph, possibly stronger in thunderstorm activity. Temps in the mid 50’s will drop through the 40’s before sunset.
Saturday is the chilliest day of the weekend, with sunshine and upper 30’s to near 40. Things modify a bit on Sunday with mid to upper 40’s and more sunshine.
