NYC Seasonable Weekend Expected After Some Rain

Good morning everyone. We have a windy day in store for us as a reinforcing shot of cold air moves in. It’ll be short-lived as temps yo-yo with a fast-moving pattern. We also see nothing outrageous in the short or intermediate range, with both some seasonable cold air, and a few relatively milder days in store for the region.

We’ll have a mix of sun and clouds today as snow squalls rake interior parts New York. It’ll be too warm down here of that, so look for some PM scattered gusty showers possible. Highs today in the mid to upper 40’s, with winds gusts near 45mph possible. Temps dip into the low 20’s tonight for a blustery night as winds continue.

WEATHER RADAR

Our wind relaxes tomorrow with sunshine and highs in the mid to upper 30’s, then clouds increase overnight. Look for a showery day on Friday with on and off rain; highs in the mid 40’s.

We could see a few wet flakes mixed in with rain as things come to an end, then we have a sunny Saturday with highs in the upper 30’s. We’ll have a mix of sun & clouds on Sunday, with highs in the upper 30’s to near 40.
