NYC Showery Today Very Cool Tomorrow Thursday

Good morning everyone. We have some showery weather to get through and some very cool conditions tomorrow and Thursday, but I think we emerge out of these 3 days on a pretty good footing as milder conditions are ready to make a move.

SATELLITE

As of this moment, we’re on the drier side of wet, but scattered showers will move in later on today. We’ll have highs in the mid 60’s for a seasonable day.

The bad news is that this rain is the leading edge of much cooler air, and we have 2 sunny & breezy ones coming up for tomorrow and Thursday. We’ll have highs in the mid 50’s as winds gust in the low to mid 20mph range for a blustery feel.

WEATHER RADAR

Things calm down on Friday and we make a slow recovery. We’ll have sunshine Friday through Sunday, with temps climbing slowly. Look for near 60 Friday, low to mid 60’s Saturday, then 65-70 on Sunday.

To start next week, mild air is going to try and make an extended appearance, but we have to see if the marine layer fights back. So far we have a decent chance at some more 65-70 degree temps, possibly warmer inland.
