NYC Sizzler Possible Tuesday & Wednesday

Good morning everyone. We have a beautiful and comfortably warm weekend unfolding, with our eyes on the big story; which will be some hot & humid conditions building ahead of our next front. Timing of that front looks to be late enough Wednesday, to give us back-to-back hot days both Tuesday & Wednesday.

SATELLITE

For today, look for sunny & warm conditions with light southwesterlies developing. Highs will be on the low 80’s, cooler at the shore. Tomorrow we go a touch warmer with mid 80’s, and some typically-cooler spots might squeeze out some 80’s as well IF the winds can hold their westerly value.

WEATHER RADAR

Easterly winds will knock us back a notch with upper 70’s to near 80 on Monday ahead of that warm front; but the heat comes roaring back on Tuesday. Look for upper 80’s to low 90’s on Tuesday, then if the timing works out on Wednesday regarding our front, we could see some mid 90’s reported. By mid to late after Wednesday, we could see some showers and storms move through the area to end the unseasonably hot conditions.

Things return back to reality for Thursday and Friday, with mid 70’s expected Thursday; then upper 60’s to near 70 for Friday. Enjoy your weekend everyone!
