Good morning everyone. Considering we’re approaching late November, we have 2 beautiful days ahead before things become unsettled again, followed by cooler air. We also seem to be entering a slightly more active pattern in terms of systems, and Thanksgiving Day may wind up being a rainy one.
Look for similar conditions yesterday as far as sunshine, but we’ll bump up those temps into the 55-60 range. With a southwest wind, expect things to be cooler at the immediate shore.
We’ll go for a repeat of 55-60 degree weather tomorrow, but clouds will increase earlier and it’ll happen overnight. That’ll hold the temps down about 5-7 degrees cooler than previously thought for Sunday, especially with the east wind developing. Expect highs Sunday a raw upper 40’s to near 50.
Showers head in overnight Sunday, and we’ll keep them in the forecast for Monday. We’ll be slightly more mild on Monday ahead of that front, with highs in the mid to upper 50’s.
After everything passes by, we’ll be back to near average on Tuesday with breezy conditions and highs in the upper 40’s.
In the medium range, our next system may gather up on or near Thanksgiving. This has the potential to be a decent rain-maker, but we’ll have to sort out the timing to see how or if it impacts the holiday.
Please note that with regards to any tropical storms or hurricanes, should a storm be threatening, please consult your local National Weather Service office or your local government officials about what action you should be taking to protect life and property.
