NYC Very Mild Day Today
Good late morning everyone. We have some very mild to warm weather unfolding today as a warm front has been able to pass well to our north. Strong westerlies will warm us up quick, as most places are already near 70 or into the low 70’s with several more hours of heating left. After that, we get knocked down quickly for a seasonably cool and cloudier day tomorrow; then Wednesday may not get out of the 40’s.
SATELLITE
Look for mostly sunny skies today with highs 75-80. We could see some low 80’s popping up in isolated spots, and I wouldn’t rule out of a few mid 80’s well to the west of NYC. Maritime air fights back tomorrow as we sink back into the mid 50’s for a chilly feel even though it’s near average.
WEATHER RADAR
Rain heads in overnight tomorrow into Monday. It’ll be of the on and off variety, and we could also hear a few rumbles of thunder. Highs in the mid to upper 60’s Monday before chillier air heads back in.
Sunshine returns on Tuesday with low 50’s at best, then mid to upper 40’s likely on Wednesday.
