NYC Very Mild Saturday Expected
Good morning everyone. We have a nasty & raw day here in the NYC area, but we get a little bit of reprieve on Saturday in the form of a very mild day with sunshine and a breeze. In between, the maritime air tries to fight back, then cooler air likely as our system sweeps through on Sunday.
SATELLITE
Clouds are socked in as low pressure slow spins through. Look for some scattered showers and a cloudy/cool day today. Highs will barely reach 50 in spots.
WEATHER RADAR
Sunshine returns tomorrow, but we remain seasonably cool in the low 50’s. Clouds will creep in on Friday as that warm front passes by. We’ll have the chance of a few showers and highs in the low 60’s.
Saturday is the big day as westerlies take over and sunshine returns. Look for highs in the mid 70’s across the NYC area, cooler at the coast. However, we could see some near 80 degree temps just west of NYC. Clouds return on Sunday with the chance of scattered showers and 60-65 degree temps.
