NYC Very Mild Saturday Quiet Week Next Week

Good morning everyone. Last night’s surprise burst of wet snow is long gone, and areas are waking up to dry grounds and breezy/chilly conditions. Today will be a chilly one, but we warm up quickly with a big crescendo on Saturday. Meanwhile, there’s not much chilly air behind Saturday’s system, and next week is looking rather tame.

SATELLITE

Look for morning sunshine, then increasing high clouds as the day goes on. That’s the milder air moving in, and we should go from low 40’s today, to near 50/low 50’s tomorrow under sun & clouds.

WEATHER RADAR

Saturday’s stretched out cold front starts knocking on the door, and that’ll help boost us into the mid 60’s. Any extra sunshine will easily get us into the upper 60’s, and I think the rain holds off most of the day. We’ll have late afternoon showers that’ll extend into the nighttime hours, then Sunday is sunny and breezy with upper 40’s.

By Monday, we’re already recovering in the low 50’s. and we should see mid 50’s all week with dry conditions.
