NYC Very Quiet December Week Ahead

Good morning everyone. Our strong cold front has passed by us with little fanfare compared to the destruction out west. We had a blustery and cloudy day yesterday, a few heavy showers overnight, and now we are left with sunshine, breezy conditions, and quiet weather overall. That’ll remain with us all week, with no chance of rain till some time on Friday or Saturday.

SATELLITE

Sunshine and breezy conditions dominate today, with highs near 50 in most spots. This will be the “coldest” night of the stretch as we drop into the low to mid 30’s.

Things calm down wind-wise tomorrow, and that’ll help boost us into the mid 50’s under full sunshine.

WEATHER RADAR

Sunshine and low to mid 50’s continued onward till Thursday, where a warm front will skip to our north. That’ll help introduce more clouds into the area on Thursday, but we may also get to near 60.

Our next cold front swings by on Friday, but with not much moisture to work with. For the time being, look for clouds and sun, then partial clearing. Highs in the 50’s.
