NYC Wild Temperature Swings Expected

Good morning everyone. Such is March and April, we have some pretty big swings in temperatures expected over the next several days. We start off with a mild day today and very mild to warm tomorrow, then our next system will swing through and knock us down on Tuesday, onward.

SATELLITE

Look for a pleasant day today with increasing clouds and highs in the 60-65 range. The increasing clouds represent our warm from approaching from the west. We’ll have the chance of some showers overnight.

WEATHER RADAR

Things clear up tomorrow with steady westerlies warming us up quickly. Look for highs in the 75-80 range, especially across downtown Brooklyn, upper Queens, and west of Manhattan. Clouds return Sunday with the chance of some late showers. Highs in the low to mid 60’s.

More clouds and rain is expected on Monday with mid to upper 60’s, then sunshine returns Tuesday with 50-55 degree temperatures. The core of the chilly air moves over us on Wednesday, and we might not get out of the 40’s.
