Early AM Rumble Possible Then March Weather Continues
Good morning everyone. We have our front moving through as we speak, and that may touch off a brief period of heavy rain in spots and a few rumbles. After that, March continues onward as we cruise easily towards April.
SATELLITE
That heavy rain with embedded rumbles is upon us, especially for southern parts of NYC and the south shore of Long Island. That’ll be gone probably by the time I get this forecast out, and we should have highs in the low to mid 60’s. Expect a scattered shower possible once the main batch of rain exits.
REGIONAL RADAR
Look for sunshine, dry conditions, and steady westerlies tomorrow. Highs near 50 to possible low 50’s tomorrow.
Cooler air works in for Sunday, but it’ll still be seasonable. Our average high for mid-March is around 46-48 depending on who you ask. We’ll be in the upper 40’s to near 50, so we’re right there.
LOCAL RADAR NEW YORK CITY
Seasonably cool air remains in place for Monday, with more dry conditions and highs in the mid to upper 40’s.
We’ll have the slight chance of showers on Tuesday, with 50’s returning.
LOCAL RADAR PHILADELPHIA

We continue to see nothing major on the horizon in either direction of extremes. Expect typical March weather to continue as we head towards April, and April is looking like a seasonable start as well.
