NYC Rainy & Raw Conditions Continue
Good morning everyone. Clouds, rain, and cool temps continue to haunt the NYC area for a miserable Memorial Day weekend so far. Things will improve gradually, with a milder-but-still showery day tomorrow; then 80’s grace us for a few days starting on Tuesday.
SATELLITE
Steady rain will come to an end early this afternoon, replaced by widely scattered showers. The damage is done though as clouds stick around, and temps hover in the 50’s.
WEATHER RADAR
We go milder tomorrow, with 70-75º temps. Best chance to see scattered showers and maybe a rumble or two of thunder, will be late morning or early afternoon, onward. We’ll have more clouds than sun on Tuesday, but we remain dry precipitation-wise. Look for a humid upper 70’s to low 80’s.
Wednesday will be the warmest of the bunch, with clouds & sun and highs in the mid 80’s. Full sunshine returns on Thursday, but we scale things back a bit to low 80’s. Friday is a winner, with seasonably mild conditions in the mid to upper 70’s.
