NYC Steamy Conditions Continue
Good morning everyone. We have another hot one today with widely scattered storms possible this afternoon. While it may be slightly more dry this weekend, hot weather wants to continue until our front swings by overnight Sunday. The real pot of gold looks to be a big payoff on Monday & Tuesday before humidity starts to creep back midweek next week. Check out the latest below.
SATELLITE
Look for sun & clouds today with the chance of some widely scattered storms. While not everyone will see the action, those that do could see locally severe weather. Highs today will be in the mid 90’s in many spots.
WEATHER RADAR
Northwesterlies will dry us out tomorrow, but that sinking air effect will help boost us back to near 90. We’ll have more of the same on Sunday temp-wise as things get more humid ahead of the next front. Look for the risk of showers and storms in the afternoon and overnight hours.
Monday is a winner with low humidity, sunshine, and highs in the low 80’s. Tuesday looks like a repeat, but we might be in the “cooler” side of things with highs 75-80 for a perfect day.
