BRIEF MILD PUSH PRECEDES SNOW CHANCE – Good morning everyone. Our wind machine has taken a break and temps will slowly start to modify after teens overnight. Everything remains on schedule as far as temps and precip over the weekend. However, we still have our eye on what’s behind that system.
Look for sunny skies, light winds, and highs in the mid to upper 30’s today. Temps remain steady overnight as mild air heads in ahead of our next system. Tomorrow will be a beautiful day, with temps in the low 50’s and sunny skies for the first part of the day. Clouds will increase overnight tomorrow as well as the chance of some rain.
Rain will be with us on Sunday, with mild temps once again in the near 50 realm. We’re cloudy and much cooler on Monday, highs in the low 40’s. Then we have our eye on remaining energy along the southeast coast, as well as upper air energy coming down from the Great Lakes region. There are still many questions as to what we get (if anything at all) out of this remaining energy, but if we do, the timing looks to be Monday night into Tuesday; and it looks to be in the “Cheap Thrill” to Light/Moderate category.
