NYC Fairly Quiet Mostly Mild Week
Good morning everyone. We have a fairly nice week aside from a system clipping us on Thursday. Other than that we don’t have much going on as an early spring pattern emerges. Just remember, “early spring” here in the NYC area is not your picturesque perfect weather with perfect temperatures and blooming flowers. Early spring here has a wide range of temps, some rain, and a stubborn marine layer.
SATELLITE
Expect sunshine mixed with high clouds, dry conditions, and highs in the near 60 range today. Tomorrow we go for a repeat, but edge those temps up a bit into themed 60’s.
WEATHER RADAR
We’ll stumble a bit on Thursday as low pressure will clip the area and an onshore flow will ensue. Scattered light to moderate rain and cloudy skies will keep us in the mid 50’s.
Things clear out on Friday and it’ll be our idlest day of the week. Sunshine and favorable winds will help boost us into the 65-70 degree range (slightly cooler at the immediate shore).
Clouds return on Saturday with the chance of some light rain and near 60 temps; then we clear out on Sunday and get back to seasonable temps with mid 50’s for highs.
