NYC Green Lawn Weather Extravaganza

Good morning everyone, that’s all I got for you. Lipstick on a pig, sprinkles on poop? At least your lawn will love the workweek and the long range, because most NY’ers won’t. Check out the latest below.

Clouds stick around today as low pressure meanders around the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley. That’ll spin through some showers in the area, but at least it won’t be a rainout. However, it will be chilly with highs near 50.

We’ll catch a brief break tomorrow with some sunshine visiting, yet the temps still can’t get out of their own way. Expect a mix of sun and clouds, highs near 60. Extra clouds roll back in on Wednesday with highs near 60 again, and the slight chance of a shower.

Best chance for more steadier-variety showers will be on Thursday, and we also dip back into the mid 50’s……Joy…

Clouds remain on Friday with more mid 50’s, but it looks like we remain dry. Next chance for some sun is on Saturday, but again, we are stuck in the near 60 range; then more clouds roll back in for the slight chance of some showers Sunday and upper 50’s to near 60.

Overall, this is going to be a hard pattern to shake. As stated yesterday, aside from a milder front-related day here and there, we remain on the seasonably cool to chilly side. Looking into the crystal ball, I see this possibly lasting into early May.
