NYC More Showers Storms Expected Tomorrow Night

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to our mish-mosh of a pattern going on right now. Not only do we have the chance for more showers and storms in the Northeast, but we also have some pleasant weather mixed in with hot weather, then pleasant again. The shower and storm risk is courtesy of another spoke of energy that’ll be moving through tomorrow late evening into Friday AM; and the pleasant weather after a two day bout of heat, will be courtesy of a pretty formidable cold front. Moisture content and timing is suspect, but there will be a big difference in air masses from Monday to Tuesday.

For today, look for sun & clouds and the chance of a popcorn shower or storm. We’ll have highs in the low 80’s.

Tomorrow is looking nice with a decent start. We’ll be sunny for most of the day, then increasing clouds late with the chance of a late shower or storm. The best chance of showers and storms will be overnight. Highs in the low 80’s.

WEATHER RADAR

Friday we start off with the clouds and the chance of showers and storms, then partial clearing will ensue. We’ll have highs in the low to mid 80’s.

Saturday is looking like the best day of the bunch, with relatively comfortable humidity and highs in the low 80’s. Sunday is much different though as we go very warm/hot. Expect sunshine and highs in the upper 80’s to near 90.

Your workweek starts off hot with sunshine, humid conditions, and highs in the low 90’s. A cold front wills wont by at some point, giving us the chance of some storms. Right now I’ll hold of where and when to expect them because we might have moisture issues and/or most of the energy may go well to our north and east.

Either way, Tuesday is looking pleasant with sunshine, steady breeze, and highs in the upper 70’s to low 80’s.
