NYC Quiet Weekend & Start To Workweek
Good afternoon everyone. We’re stuck in the clouds for the rest of today and overnight as low pressure offshore is slow to leave, as well as our stationary front hung up along the coast. Things will be on the move though, clearing the way for a really nice weekend and start to our workweek.
SATELLITE
Expect cloudy skies for the rest of the day, then slowly breaking up overnight. Highs are where they’ll be, with low to mid 70’s across most of the area. You may also see a stray shower as well, with a little light rain moving east to west across LI with that onshore flow.
WEATHER RADAR
Look for decreasing clouds tomorrow and highs in the low to mid 80’s. We’ll have full sunshine Sunday, with comfortable conditions and highs near 80.
To start the workweek, we’ll have sunshine and near-average temps. Expect comfortable upper 70’s to near 80. Midweek, we’ll be watching for more clouds and possibly some unsettled conditions, but nothing crazy.
