NYC Summer Weather This Weekend & Into Next Week
Good late morning everyone. Our clouds and showery weather arrived with little fanfare as expected, and we aren’t expecting any complete washouts today. We’re in the process of pivoting towards some deep summer weather, which is expected to last thru at least mid-week next week.

Look for a cloudy day today with maybe a blue patch here or here. Rain is departing the area, but we can get a shower or storm at any time throughout the day. Highs will be in the upper 60’s to mid 70’s. Yes, that’s a big range, but that’s because it depends on if any blue patches pop up or your location.
Tomorrow will be another cloud-laden day, but again, no washouts. We’ll have more humid conditions, the chance of a shower or storm, and highs 75-80.
Saturday is the breakout day, where sunshine rules and we warm up nicely. Expect highs in the mid 80’s, with maybe even a few upper 80 readings in spots if the wind profile works out locally. Sunday we go hot and humid, with highs in the upper 80’s to low 90’s. (cooler at the coast)
We remain very warm to hot, with upper 80’s to low 90’s through Wednesday. Wednesday night, a cold front will try and pass through. If it does, we cool off into the upper 70s’ to low 80’s Thursday and Friday.
