NYC Toasty Period Shaping Up After Showery Tomorrow & Friday
Good afternoon everyone. Slowly things are turning around and the chess pieces being moved to give us a very warm to hot period coming up. We’ll have to get through some rain first tomorrow and Friday, but we have a very nice weekend coming up.

We have a fairly good day today with temps slight below average, but still comfortable by any standards. Expect filtered sunshine and highs in the mid to upper 70’s.
Clouds increase and lower tonight, then we’ll have on and off showers and storms tomorrow. It won’t be raining all day, all of the time, but expect waves of rain and thunder to move through, and some gusty conditions at times. A southeast wind will persists due to these small areas of low pressure, and that’ll help hold us in the 65-70 range tomorrow.
Things relax a bit on Friday, but we’ll still have the chance of some showers and storms. Again, no washouts are expected, especially Friday, and we’ll also be warmer and more humid. Look for highs in the upper 70’s to low 80’s.
Our weekend is shaping up really nice and with increasing warmth. Expect sunshine on Saturday with mid 80’s (cooler at the shore), and 85-90 Sunday with increasing humidity.
Near 90 or maybe low 90 temps will hold on next Monday through Wednesday at minimum. We’ll look to see if next Thursday is a bonus day or not, but that all depends on the timing of our next system.
