NYC Very Mild Day Brewing Tomorrow
Good morning everyone. Very mild air is on the move, and we should get a taste of it tomorrow and possibly Friday. Our first rainy day in a while will happen on Saturday, then we go chilly for a few days. Other than that, we don’t have much going on.
SATELLITE
Look for AM sun today, then increasing clouds in the afternoon in response to a warm front approaching. It could kick off a few showers overnight, but they’ll be widely scattered. Highs today in the mid 50’s, temps remaining steady overnight.
WEATHER RADAR
Expect clouds and sun tomorrow, and the more sun we get, the milder we go. For now, I’ll call for low to mid 60’s, with mid to upper 60’s possible if the sun is more prominent.
We’ll have AM sun Friday, then clouds increase again ahead of Saturday’s system. If we get enough sun, near 60 temps are possible.
Saturday’s event is your basic overrunning setup with a wave of low pressure out to our west. That’ll bring a wide swath of light to moderate rain, and it’ll be raw as well with highs in the mid to upper 40’s at best. Cold air begins to work in overnight, and after low to mid 30’s Sat night, we only do low 40’s as highs for Sunday.
