Two More Warm Days Quiet Pattern Overall
Hello Angry Ben fans and followers. Tomorrow’s front slows down a little bit, so we shall tweak the forecast slightly to allow more sun than clouds tomorrow. That’ll also keep the humidity down today as well. Overall, the area itself is on the receiving end of a quiet pattern with varying amounts of warmth.
SATELLITE
The Northeast satellite remains clear with the cold front to our west starting to inch closer but stretch out and weaken. NYC will have a sunny day today with mid 80’s.
REGIONAL RADAR
On the radar, you can see our cold front starting to enter the picture west of Buffalo. It won’t make it here for most of the day tomorrow, so expect sun for most of the day and higher humidity. Highs will range from the mid to upper 80’s with that extra sun, and that’ll be our first day of fall.
Scattered showers and storms should make it into the region by late evening/early night. Most of the energy will be to the north of us, but we could see a few widely scattered showers and rumbles of thunder.
LOCAL RADAR NEW YORK CITY
After tomorrow, NYC is looking at a rather comfortable week overall. Temperatures will still be slightly above normal, but humidity will be low. Sunny skies and mid to upper 70’s will be around both Tuesday and Wednesday, then a return to 80’s on Thursday. 80’s remain possible next weekend, and we could start October in the 80’s as well IF everything times out correctly.
