BEAUTIFUL NYC SUNDAY RAIN RETURNS TOMORROW – Good morning everyone! Sun has returned today with a cool northerly breeze. We’ll be dry all day and we should have a fantastic sunset, highs will be in the mid 60’s. For tomorrow, a low pressure system will make it’s way into the area from the Southeast; first, with increasing clouds tomorrow morning, then a chance of some light rain by mid-afternoon. Steadier and heavier rain moves in late tomorrow night and essentially a complete rainout for Tuesday. Highs tomorrow will be in the upper 50’s to low 60’s before the rain heads in, then it sinks into the 50’s for a fall-like day on Tuesday.
We’ll have partial clearing on Wednesday after a chance of some light rain before noon. Highs should reach the low to mid 60’s and we could see some sun in the area right before sunset. Then, the warm air surges on in for a beautiful stretch of mid-spring weather Thursday through possibly Monday. Mid 70’s, with a few warmer spots, and a cooler temps at the shore will be the theme for the entire stretch until cooler air works in on Tuesday.
