NYC Dry Two Day Block Rain Returns Tuesday
Good morning everyone. The cold is gone already and slightly above average temps return. It’s been the winter of 40’s so far, and expect this trend to continue aside from a few cold days here and there.
SATELLITE
Clouds will be around today as “milder” air heads in. Nothing crazy, just a return to mid 40’s. Light winds will be on the menu, and we should have a fairly comfortable day.
REGIONAL RADAR
The sun returns tomorrow, and mid 40’s should just about do it again. Clouds increase tomorrow night as our next rain-maker heads in.
LOCAL RADAR NEW YORK CITY
Rain heads in late morning or early afternoon Tuesday. We should get about a 1/2″ of rain out of this before clearing ensues overnight. Highs will be near 50, but raw with the east wind.
Expect morning clouds Wednesday, then PM sun and we begin to cool off. Look for low to mid 40’s as highs, then 20’s return overnight.
LOCAL RADAR PHILADELPHIA
Thursday and Friday are sunny and cold, with highs in the mid to upper 30’s; then sun sticks around Saturday and 40’s return. We should be able to extend another nice on on Sunday with near 50 temps and more sun.
The long range continues to look quiet with a rainy system every 4-7 days. Cold air tries to head in late this month and into early March, but it doesn’t look to last.
