NYC Repeat Mild Warm Performance Late Next Week
Good afternoon everyone. While I’m not trying to look past our beautiful weather today and tomorrow, good news ought to be celebrated with a repeat performance possible late next week into early next weekend. At least we’re out of the doom and gloom for a bit, then out of it again after the opportunity for more clouds and showers Monday – Wednesday.
SATELLITE
Expect cobalt blue skies today with maybe a smattering of some small fair weather cumulus clouds. Highs today will be in the upper 60’s to low 70’s.
Sunshine continues tomorrow, and a friendlier wind profile will help boost us into the mid 70’s.
WEATHER RADAR
Clouds return on Monday with the chance of a few morning showers, but milder air still in place, plus some sunshine, will equate to more mid 70’s possible if we can clear the clouds out in a timely manner.
More clouds return on Tuesday and it’ll be cooler, with the slight chances of showers and highs in the 65-70 range. We cool off even more on Wednesday with 60-65 degree temps, and again, the slight chance of a few showers.
Looking into late in the week and into the weekend, we will clear things out Thursday for a similar setup as you see today and tomorrow. We’ll have increasing sunshine and highs in the upper 60’s to low 70’s, the more sunshine and possibly 75-80 Friday if the winds are nice.
We’ll try and take it into the weekend on Saturday, but we’ll have to see if it can last on Sunday or not.
