NYC Toasty Two Days Ahead
Good morning everyone and Happy Father’s Day to all those dads out there. We have a beautiful day for us manliest of men, and it’ll be hot just like we are. That heat will keep going tomorrow, then a front will cool things off come Tuesday. The rest of the workweek looks rather comfortable, but the weekend is questionable for the moment.
SATELLITE
Look for sunshine today with a few high clouds. Light westerlies will help warm things up quickly, then we go southwest early as everything is moving a little faster schedule-wise. Expect highs in the upper 80’s to near 90, cooler at the shore due to the SW flow.
WEATHER RADAR
We’ll rinse and repeat tomorrow with sunshine and near 90 temps, but the humidity will increase slightly. That’s in response to our next front that’ll bring the chance of some on and off showers and storms Tuesday. The best chance to see any action right now looks like the first half of the day. We’ll have variable cloudiness and highs in the mid to upper 70’s.
We go comfortable and near-seasonable Wednesday with sunshine and highs near 80. Look for the same on Thursday, then we slowly warm up Friday with an increase in humidity again. Right now the weekend might be a split deal, and we’ll be keeping an eye on moisture that may get hung up along the East Coast.
