Sunday Afternoon NYC Beautiful
Sunday afternoon NYC weather continues to be magnificent with lots of sunshine, hardly a cloud in the sky and temperatures in the upper 50s to near 60. Satellite loop below shows dry conditions across not just the northeast but throughout much of the nation east of the Rockies. This nationwide dry streak of weather with hardly any rain coast to coast is in its 4th day.
No weather issues tonight in NYC with mainly clears skies and most lows in the 40s. Monday looks like a good day with sunshine though there will be arriving clouds from the south in the afternoon and evening. Temperatures will probably reach the upper 50s to near or just over 60 again Monday afternoon. Weak low pressure is forecast to move up the east coast and bring some rain to NYC late Monday night and Tuesday however rainfall amounts are forecast to be light.
Most rainfall amounts are forecast to be well under 1/2 inch across New York City. Once the low moves away weather conditions should improve for the middle of next week.
